1.What is Capital Countdown?
Capital Countdown is a free-to-play daily game that gives eligible customers a chance to receive a random reward each day during the promotion period. Customers open the Advent calendar door for the relevant day and spin the prize wheel to reveal their reward.
2.Who is eligible?
The promotion is open only to customers who meet all of the following criteria:
Aged 18 or over.
Hold an active London Bet account.
Not excluded from promotions.
Hold a Sapphire, Ruby, or Diamond tier account.
Have achieved a minimum lifetime turnover of £25.
Are UK-based and verified.
3.How do I take part?
Log in to your London Bet account.
Select the “Xmas” icon from the top menu.
Open the Advent box that corresponds to that calendar date (e.g., Box 1 on 15th December).
Spin the wheel to reveal your reward.
Any free spins awarded must be claimed within 24 hours of being issued.
Unclaimed spins expire after 24 hours.
Each eligible customer may participate once per day between 00:00 and 23:59 GMT.
The promotion runs from 00:00 on 15th December 2025 to 23:59 on 1st January 2026 (GMT).

5.Cash winnings
Cash won from free spins is credited instantly to the customer’s account with no wagering requirement.
6.Other information
London Bet may increase the number of rewards offered, amend the rewards, or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will not affect rewards already claimed.
